Tatiana

I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and have taught it to friends and work colleagues in 4different countries, but it wasn’t until a few years ago when I settled in theUK and finally had the opportunity to complete a comprehensive 18-month-longYoga Teacher Training and become a fully qualified yoga teacher.

Since then, I have taught a variety of classes and courses face-to-face and online to students from allover the world and continued my yoga journey with further education focusing onYoga History /Philosophy and Sanskrit as I'm deeply interested the roots of yoga.

As a teacher, my motto is: “They may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel”. So whether it is a dynamic Vinyasa Flow or a Restorative Yin class, I want my students to feel great about themselves, on and off the mat, and I am grateful that I can do it through sharing my love for yoga with others.

Ainsley

Hi, I'm Ainsley and I'm a newly qualified yoga teacher. I found yoga during the lockdown of 2020 and decided that I was going to take a leap of faith and qualify as a teacher. I have loved every step of the journey and each milestone brings about something new and exciting from teaching to a hall full of university students to setting up my own classes and now teaching at an established studio with other amazing teachers.

Jo

Jo has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and during that time has explored many styles of yoga and had the privilege of meeting many teachers.

Wanting to dive deeper into the practice Jo studied Seasonal Yoga, a 200 hour Yoga Alliance course which is centred around the energy of each season and includes elements of T’ai Chi and Qigong.

She has remained a student of her teacher in Surrey and is currently working towards her advanced teacher training qualification.

Yoga is a huge part of Jo’s life and the practice has supported her over the years during good times and more challenging times.

More recently, Jo completed her Menopause Yoga Teacher Training with the British Wheel of Yoga enabling her to offer supportive and nourishing classes to those going through the menopause.

Sioned

Sioned had practiced yoga over many years but only committed to regular practise after discovering Sarah’s classes at her local gym, she has since been a member of Physio Flow and in March 2023 decided to further her practise and took a 200hr ashtanga vinyasa yoga teacher training course in India.
