Class Types

All classes are designed to be fun, dynamic, energising, inspiring and suitable for all levels. If you are unsure which class to attend then please read the class descriptions and contact Sarah with any questions.


Yoga is an ancient discipline that originated in India around 5000 years ago. It focusses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical, emotional and mental well-being. The main components of Yoga are postures (asanas), a series of movements to increase balance, strength, joint mobility and flexibility, and breathing.

Pilates workouts aremat-based and typically work through a series of spinal stability, coreabdominal and glute activation exercises, alongside stretches for each majormuscle group.
